How do I change or cancel my order?
You are able to change your order(s) before it has shipped ONLY. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change an order. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled for any reason; NO EXCEPTIONS. Please follow our return policy to return unwanted items to us and receive store credit.
What payment methods are accepted?
Urban Styles accepts several payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. In addition, we also accept PayPal and Urban Styles store credit.
How do I track my package?
Please visit our Shipping & Tracking tab for detailed information regarding tracking your package(s).
I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and tracking information becomes available to the customer within 24-48 hours from confirmed purchase. Please allow up to 3 full business days to receive an email confirmation, if you do not receive an email confirmation within that time frame please email us and used subject line "CONFIRMATION EMAIL PENDING" and we will be happy to send you an email confirmation along with the current status of your order.
Return Policy
Items must be shipped back to Fearless Kouture within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box or original packaging. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. When returning item(s) to us, please ensure that you ship your item(s) using a traceable, and insured shipping method, Fearless Kouture is not responsible for any lost item(s).
Store credit will be issued to the email that was used when items were originally purchased. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your store credit. Store credit has no expiration date. Please note that “NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.”
In the event that you receive a defective item, you MUST report it to Fearless Kouture via email at support@fearlesskouture.com and include order number and attach pictures of the defective item(s) within 72 hours of receiving your item. If items are not reported within the allowed time frame, store credit will not be issued. Please be aware that a restocking fee will be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an incorrect address entered upon purchased.
